::The Teach'::

At one point in my life I was an experienced dancer who since age sixteen professionally performed and rediscovered the world of movement along with the music of our great world. I also tapped into my Latin American (Peruvian) roots to keep alive the Latin Grove throughout Southern Europe and the USA.

I have been practicing Yoga since 1997 and was Certified as a Yoga Instructor (CYI) in 2003 by Greenpath in San Francisco, CA. I combine my Dance training and Body/Mind connection consciousness to create a Yoga practice with great creativity, precision, fluidity and kindness to the little guru's body. I am also being trained as a Movement Analyst and Dance Therapist so to integrate movement techniques in Yoga sessions is not unusual. These techniques are intended to correct developmental movement patterns and aid to unbind any stiffness in the body caused by distress, pain or trauma of the mind or soul.

Currently, I also offer private and group instruction for adults and combine some Bartenieff Fundamental exercises as a way to warm up.

I strive for Body-Mind health, self-knowledge, and overall well-being and a compassionate joyful life. Combining my professional ethics and knowledge with creativity, enthusiasm and sincere caring for others, my lessons are gentle and well-being & health of spirit, mind and body are accomplished in the long term. That is the gift of the practice of Yoga.

Recently, I became a Mother and have been introduced by my Angel to the wonderful world of greatness. And in discovering this new world, I have made my mission to bring the peace of Yoga to any little guru out there who would let me instruct him/her on how to remember to tap into the inner peace that we all carry within us.
